TAW would not be where it stands as of today without the creation of OC and all its Units. With this section we give deserved attention to all the work OC does that should not go unnoticed...

EDU News
Almost a month ago, EDU proudly announced a true revolutionary step for this community. Classes would become available 24/7 on an online platform, for anyone to access.
Currently, due to changes in the structure of TAW, a few courses (SO, XO and CO) have been taken down for maintenance. All other courses will remain available and are being updated on-the-go and as soon as possible. If you notice any mistakes, sending an e-mail to [email protected] or commenting on the website will do the trick.
Stay tuned for better, even more awesome high-quality content from EDU!
SUP and LIB News:
Rome wasn't built in a day. The same goes for SUP and LIB and the huge task they have given themselves. Both units are currently collaborating on the separation of Standing Orders from Policy while still performing their current duties as well. Hats off to them!
GFX News:
GFX is currently gathering information on your opinions towards the possible re-implementation of graphic requests. All they ask from you is a few minutes of your time to fill out this form.
If you'd like to be considered for a role in graphics be free to email [email protected] with some examples of your work work.
ISC News:
Still receiving Spam or Phishing emails from “TAW”? Be diligent and be sure to watch out for suspicious emails with attachments. DO NOT open attachments unless you've spoken to the sender. Most of the time the sender will actually be your own account.

Focus On...DEVOP:
Have you ever thought you could be a great developer… if only you knew what to do?
A word from TigerFang, the Division Officer of DEVOP on the upcoming TAW 3.0:
”We won't be able to give any time frame, as we don’t know what will happen in the future and don’t know what bugs will be found or how much time we each have week by week, but be assured that we are working hard. We have just taken on a few new staff as freelancers, so once they are settled and hopefully helping us out, we should gain a few extra hours a week of development time.
At this time we have the basic functionality for several of the fundamental TAW systems are in place but we still have 2 or 3 basic systems that need their functionality designed and coded. We will then expand upon these as each new section is created and fleshed out
However, that is not all, as we are working on the design for the entire website’s frontend: the bit that you, as a user, interact with. We are looking at quite a few different designs, as there are quite a few directions we could in. We will need to consider them all before settling on the final design, then it needs to be built and applied to the website and all the integrated applications, such as the forums and wiki.
All the while, we'll need to do Quality Assurance, fully testing each and every button and link and function. This is to prevent putting out a website with critical bugs in it. Once all that is done and everything looks good, we will then have to migrate the entire user database over to the new website's database, test it and then deploy the website.
The first iteration will be called TAW 3.0, which will include all the base features needed to run and support the community. TAW 3.0 will be followed up with incremental updates (3.1, 3.2, etc.) which will contain enhancements and new features asked for by divisions and users alike.”
As you may have noticed, there is still a lot of exciting stuff to do! If you want to be a part of developing this awesome new website for TAW, DEVOP is still looking for volunteers to help out. They are primarily searching for developers, who preferably should have experience with AngularJS 1 and/or Node.js. The full list of technologies being used can be found here.
Please contact [email protected], [email protected] and/or [email protected] through e-mailing or simply hop on Teamspeak and have a chat with the members of DEVOP for more information!
