News is proud to be able to give the TAW community a brief look into Command Staff's personal lives as well as their responsibilities here in TAW. Thank you Ladies and Gentlemen for that opportunity.
Brand New for In the Scope interview. AUDIO INTERVIEWS
. For this interview session we will be speaking with two members of Central Command, CCLC Subrat and CLC OC Super Treky. This is an informal setting with a good range of questions. No editing was done and questions were not discussed prior to the interview. News believes this format is just another step forward for the way we convey important information to our community.
We are sorry, but this month's Audio interview has been canceled due to time and technical issues. We apologize and NEWS will work very hard to make this very popular segment available in July.

Can you tell us a little about yourself and your time in TAW.
I am an eighteen year old college student out of Ohio. Currently I am studying to pursue a career in sports and some IT work on the side. I have gotten my love pc gaming from minecraft and a friend of mine finally convincing me to go out and buy it. From then on well you can say it is history. I joined TAW in December of 2015 from a recommendation from the same friend who got me into PC gaming in the first place. He told me to check out TAW, I was a little hesitant at first, but I finally did and never looked back.
You have been in TAW since 2015, what would you say in your experience keep’s TAW relevant in today’s gaming community environment?
I would say the friendships, on thing that I have always heard people who have been around TAW a while and I will say this to new recruits as well. But, you join for the game but stay for the friendships. I would say friendships and experiences with other people is what drives the gaming community anymore. Its no longer about the personal experience but the experience you can have with others.
In your experience, what is your philosophy on leadership and how has it evolved since you joined TAW?
In my short ride in leadership, my philosophy on it is that you need to be able to have fun when you can and need to, but, when you need to be serious you have to be able to turn the switch on and take the problem head on. I would say a lot of my leadership style has been developed over time from seeing what my higher ups do, I came up having great division staff and central command staff.
If you had a crystal ball, what would you like to see in TAW’s future?
I would like to see us surpass 3,000 members and have over 50 games that we offer.
What advice would you give to somebody considering a leadership position in TAW?
Be yourself, stand by your decisions, and never give up. Those 3 things are what can make or make someone in leadership. Also your game may hit a rough patch but you have to remember to keep your head up and push on.
Of all the games that you have played in TAW, do you have a favorite and why?
I switch between a lot of games throughout the years. But right now I would say my favorite is PlayerUnknown: Battlegrounds. A close second is Counter Strike: Global Offensive.
What is your favorite thing about TAW as a community?
My favorite thing about TAW as a community is the vast range of people that you can meet and play with, from people in USA, to Europe, to South America and so on.
