Can you tell us a little about yourself and your time in TAW.
Well, I am the Division Commander of Heroes of the Storm currently, have been in this division for a year now, though I initially planted my roots in Starcraft. I reside in Washington and work in Manufacturing
You have been in TAW since 2015, what would you say in your experience keep’s TAW relevant in today’s gaming community environment?
I think it's the sense of community and friendship here that keeps us relevant. There are many gamers out there who simply just want a laid back group of people to game with.
In your experience, what is your philosophy on leadership and how has it evolved since you joined TAW?
My philosophy on leadership is to try and take a hands on approach with my staff and work closely with them and those above me in the Chain of Command. It has evolved quite a bit since I first took a position, I used to be nervous to ask a question if I didn't know the answer.
If you had a crystal ball, what would you like to see in TAW’s future?
I would like to see us continue to grow, and fine tweak TAW as a whole over time to adapt with the changing times. Oh, and a Starcraft Remastered division :)
What advice would you give to somebody considering a leadership position in TAW?
Don't sweat the small stuff. Don't be afraid to ask your Chain of Command for help if you're unsure of what to do. Also don't overload yourself with too much, it's an easy way to burn out. Pace yourself.
Of all the games that you have played in TAW, do you have a favorite and why?
I have only been in 2 divisions within TAW, but I would have to say Starcraft. I've been playing it for a combined time of 20 years almost between the original, all the way to Legacy of the Void.
What is your favorite thing about TAW as a community?
My favorite thing about TAW is the fact that there are people from all over the world, all with different backgrounds, we are all united in our common interest of gaming and our community, TAW! Oh and #BlameBlondie
